We are designers from a variety of backgrounds as business, design and technology, sharing the same interest in learning new technology and researching people's behaviors, as well as helping young and innovative business to solve humanity's problems.
We also had chances to work with some clients in different industries, helped them to define and visualize their ideas to test with end-users before developing to reduce cost and time.

It’s extremely useful in tackling complex problems that are ill-defined or unknown, by understanding the human needs involved, by re-framing the problem in human-centric ways, by creating many ideas in brainstorming sessions, and by adopting a hands-on approach in prototyping and testing.
The world changes everyday, it's impossible for a business to make waves without innovating. Focusing on the core problem, this process empowers thinker to develop new and innovative solutions.
This methodology is empathic and personal in nature and doesn't exist without people. Designs are reiled on customer insights gained from real researchs and experiments, not just historical data or market research.
By making prototypes, designers or product owners can invite end-users to test and evaluate. Design thinking allows us to fail and learn from failure if delivered products don't meet uses' problems or business goals.

The Sprint at Dwarves
Design Sprint 2.0 is simply the most up-to-date, semi-official version of the Sprint. It takes four days instead of five.
This stage is to get a comprehensively understanding of the projects. What we do:Define the challenge

This stage is to decide what to prototype, starting with the Heat Map. What we do:Vote on the solutions

This stage is to kick off prototyping, and we will have a huddle throughout the day to make sure we are all on track. Then, we will show our client at the end of the day to keep them involved.
This stage is user testing day.
